Join our small group training program where you can't disappear. Get focused attention from our world class trainers, who will challenge you to push the limits of your abilities.

Next Level Strength


Build strength and power (not bulk!) with strength and conditioning master, Erin Tallard. Challenge yourself while avoiding injury, increasing load with an eye to strict form. Discover how to recruit the proper muscles to perform the movements under load. This small group session is limited to a max of 6 people and will focus primarily on major movements, including squats, bench press, deadlifts, rows, and overhead press.

How It Works

Our next session is an 8 week session of Next Level Strength, starting January 9th. No class on January 23rd. (You will still have 8 sessions, but will skip the week of January 23rd.)

Choose from two time slots: 9:30 am and 12:30 pm (geared towards Fit Over 50)

Your commitment is for the entire 8 week session.
